Trainees from Vietnam 03
Trainees from Vietnam, Ms. Ngoc and Ms. Khanh were time to go back to their countries on Oct. 5th.
According to a master trainer, they are hard working and quick learners. She wished that they stayed more.
They learned the basic of Dipping process. They were doing the same things a lot so that they remember how to act naturally and deal with problems.
They learned not only manufacturing products, but also Japanese culture.
Carrying portable shrine festival. The portable shrine is carried and the God can look around neighborhood. Ms. Ngoc is wearing Japanese traditional Yukata. People wear Yukata in the summer festival.
Fireworks
Mr. Hai also from Nissay Vietnam joins as trainee staring the end of September to take over the learning ability of Ms. Ngoc and Ms. Khanh. They looked so happy to see their own colleagues. Mr. Asano, president of Nissay Eco welcomed him and appreciated their work.
Now, lead your colleagues when the dipping machines arrive.
