Dream Plan for next Three Years
It was the same day of the memorial service for deceased at Nissei Eco Japan in April, we had a discussion of individual dream plan for next three years. Before we had the discussion, we also had an evaluation meeting about a dream plan we made three years ago.
Most of people made their dreams came true such as getting maried, having babies, houses, licenses and so on. However, most of people couldn’t achieve their dream plan that they made three years ago in business field such as expanding number of customers, product development, improvement of working conditions, decreasing inferior products.
Nissei Group has corrugated tubes for bundling wire harnesses of automotive parts, PVC tubes for also automotive parts, dipping products for electric insulation, protection and end cap, medical supplies. What is next new product comming up?
Nissei Group has any kind of event very often, such as “cleaning campaign”, “volunteer work”, “having a little play” by all employees and directors to raise the motivation and unity of employees.
Each event will be updated and published and you can imagine what and how to work together as a team.
